This policy explains what personal data HyperFlow ("HyperFlow", "we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). HyperFlow is operated from Belgium, European Union.

1. Who is responsible for your data

HyperFlow is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@hyperflow-fit.app.

2. What we collect and why

This is a pre-launch website. We only collect the data you actively give us:

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

3. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary technical data required to serve and secure the page is processed by our hosting provider.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist emails until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove them. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing). To exercise any right, email privacy@hyperflow-fit.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Belgium, this is the Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).

8. Children

This website and the HyperFlow app are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as HyperFlow develops, particularly ahead of the app's launch. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
