These terms govern your use of the HyperFlow website at hyperflow-fit.app (the "Site") and the pre-launch waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
HyperFlow is not yet released. The Site describes a product in development and exists to share information and let you register interest. Features, pricing, availability and launch timing described here are indicative and may change.
If you submit your email to the waitlist, you consent to receive occasional email about HyperFlow's early access and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app or any particular price.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false or other people's personal data, or using the contact or waitlist forms to send spam, unlawful or abusive content.
The HyperFlow name, logo, content, design, and the screenshots of the application shown on the Site are owned by HyperFlow and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The information on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not health, medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise programme.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
We may update these terms as HyperFlow develops. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
